Villa Rosebud is a unique self-catering villa for rent in Lefkada Island. It’s near the beach and in a walking distance of the village of Nikiana, in Lefkada. It consists of two floors and an outstanding garden with a private swimming pool. On the first floor is the living room with a large open plan kitchen and a long balcony; there are the two bedrooms with their own private balconies, one bathroom and a WC. On the second floor there is the Master Bedroom, with en suite bathroom and its own balcony with amazing Ionian Sea view.

The living room has a comfortable seating area with two sofas, a cable flat TV, a fireplace and a long balcony with amazing view that leads to the garden. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you can need in your vacations in order to prepare your own meals (cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils, etc) and drinks (juicer, coffee machine, liquidizer etc). It also has a very comfortable and spacious dining area with a big wooden table and chairs. The kitchen area is directly connected to the garden. On the first floor there are the two bedrooms. The first one has two semi-single very comfortable beds, a closet and a cute balcony with sea view. The second bedroom has a double bed and a crib (after request). It also has his own balcony with a sea view. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a WC.2nd Floor
The master bedroom is on the second floor. A king size bed and down lights are the main “components” of this room. The master bedroom’s balcony has an unlimited view all the way out to the Ionian sea and the village of Nikiana.
Garden & Pool
Villa Rosebud is famous for its beautiful, full of flowers and trees, garden. In every corner of the garden you can find relaxing furniture and comfortable seating areas. The garden has two levels. In the upper one, guests can have their breakfast in the “Aegean Corner”. Next to Aegean Corner there are the BBQ facilities with a spacious outdoor dining area and the private swimming pool. In the lower level a very old olive tree domains the yard. Under her leaves there is enough space for playing rackets, running or playing with your kids. The Ionian sea view from both levels of the garden is spectacular. Guests can enjoy their dinner or their drink near the pool and they can relax after a day on the famous beaches of Lefkas island.

Villa Rosebud exceeded my expectations and Evgenia was an exceptional host. The house is beautifully decorated and the garden is a heavenly place - so much tranquility and harmony, I already miss it. Thank you, Evgenia for the wonderful stay!
